Spring in Baraboo Wisconsin

 

 

I'm having a spring show at Blue Heron on Saturday July 25! Several of my spring paintings will be on display at the show, as well as some autumn and winter pieces. For the past couple of years, my spring show was before Memorial Day, but this year we pushed it back until late June, so that I can include the pieces from my favorite time of year.

Spring is here. This is my favorite time of year to paint because of the promise of many nice days ahead.

Late winter on the farm means melting snow, high water and ochre grasses. These four paintings feature our corn crib.
